Arodi has led Uganda Baati through a period of strategic transformation, strengthening its position as a leading manufacturer of quality roofing solutions in Uganda.
Under his leadership, the company has expanded its market footprint to more than 20 showrooms nationwide, enhanced operational efficiency, and diversified its product range to meet evolving customer needs.
Arodi’s leadership has also played a key role in advancing local manufacturing, contributing to job creation and skills development across the organisation.
Through continuous investment in technology and people, Uganda Baati has improved production standards while fostering a culture rooted in safety, professionalism, and accountability.
Beyond commercial success, Arodi has championed community engagement and corporate social responsibility initiatives.
