“TCL is an international brand, originally from China but has moved globally to start manufacturing TVs and other produced from Uganda. Ugandans have this tendence of despising locally manufactured products but I want to assure them that TCL products manufactured in Uganda, as other products manufactured at Mbale Industrial Park are of good quality,”Anite said on Saturday evening.

“They are of good quality and affordable. Now that they are manufactured here, government has exempted them from paying taxes and this means the price of the final products is low.”
