Police in Lwampanga have arrested a suspect intercepted at Zengebe Ferry Crossing while allegedly riding a stolen motorcycle, following a coordinated operation prompted by a CCTV tip-off and a prior theft report in Nansana.

Police have arrested a suspect found in possession of a suspected stolen motorcycle during a joint security operation at Zengebe Ferry Crossing.

The operation followed a tip-off and an earlier report of a stolen motorcycle registered at Nansana Police Station under reference Nansana 06/28/05/2026.

Officers from Lwampanga Town Council Police Station, working jointly with the Zengebe Marine Detach, mounted surveillance and deployment at the ferry crossing point.
