Court dismisses petition challenging NUP’s Ssenyonyi election victory

High Court in Kampala has dismissed with costs, an election petition challenging Nakawa West MP elections.

The petition was filed by Shukla Mukesh Babubhai, seeking to overturn the election of Joel Ssenyonyi, the spokesperson of the National Unity Platform.
