Bobi Wine condemns Buchaman for roughing up singer Rocky Giant

The president of National Unity platform (NUP),Robert Kyagulanyi alias Bobi Wine has condemned his former vice president,Mark Bugembe aka Buchaman for demeaning and humiliating a fellow musician.

His comments came shortly after a video of the presidential advisor for Ghetto Affairs, surfaced showing Buchaman beating up faded rapper Rocky Giant.

The video that has been making rounds on social media has caused uproar among musicians and the public at large.

Singer Buchaman is heard in the video saying that Rocky Giant speaks bad about him.

According to Bobi Wine such incidents wouldn't have taken place If the country had a functioning justice system.

"I saw this and felt so sad. Every right thinking Ugandan should condemn this impunity. If we had a functioning justice system, by now the people who appear in this video torturing Rapper Rocky Giant would all be under arrest,"he said

Bobi Wine said that the rapper was left helpless since the crime was committed by a ‘Presidential advisor’ noting that Ugandans should come out and condemn such impunity in the country.

Other artistes who have condemned Buchaman's behaviour are Bebe Cool and Sheebah Karungi.

It is not first time Buchaman is fighting with people. Recently he was arrested after his team disrupted a National Environment Management Authority (NEMA) meeting in Makindye.
