Two Muslim customers were on Thursday the lucky winners of two Toyota Wish cars during the ongoing Tuconectinge promotion for Crown Beverages Limited (CBL), the bottlers of Pepsi, Mirinda, Mountain Dew and other soft drinks.
Lasuli Ngobi and Sarah Ninsiima were awarded their vehicles on Thursday in Mubende as the holy month of Ramathan for the Muslim faithfuls nears its climax.
“Am thankful to Allah for granting me this victory during the holy month of Ramathan. I have not fasted for nothing because I can now show results,”Ninsiima said.
She however applauded her husband, Lusuli Ngobi for introducing her to the Pepsi Tuconectinge promotion, adding she will never look back.
According to Allan Bob Mbabazi, the territory Sales Manager for Crown Beverages Limited in Mubende, they will continue bringing about togetherness in families and friends.
“This year’s promotion is aimed at deepening existing and creating new relationships in Uganda, by connecting people with those they love and care about particularly during the festive seasons of Easter, Martyrs day and the Ramathan period,”Mbabazi said.
Crown Beverages Limited under their flagship soft drink, Pepsi launched the ‘Tuconectinge’ promotion and in it, the company said they had sunk a whooping shs4 billion.
The four month campaign targeting Easter, Idd and martyrs day celebrations will end in June where 24 loyal customers will win fully-paid trips to Dubai in the United Arab Emirates, 25 Toyota Wish cars and 24 fridges among other prizes.
