St.Lawrence University student wins 21st Pepsi Tukonectinge car

Diana Nabembezi, a third year Business Administration student at St.Lawrence University in Lubaga has become the 21st winner of a Toyota Wish in the ongoing Pepsi Tukonectinge promotion by Crown Beverage Company Limited.

“This was a dream come true because while on our way to church, I used to tell my sisters that we will be driving by the end of this year and they would laugh at me saying that at most it would be a bicycle,”Nabembezi said after being handed the car keys.

“I must thank God for answering my prayers.”

She said she would now be a testimony on what God does, adding that his sisters who use to laugh at her will now be chauffeuring to church in the new ride with her family members.

Crown Beverages Limited under their flagship soft drink, Pepsi in April  launched a new promotion  dubbed ‘Tuconectinge’ in which they said they  had sunk a whooping shs4 billion.

The four month campaign targeting Easter, Idd and martyrs day celebrations will reward 24 loyal customers with fully-paid trips to Dubai in the United Arab Emirates, 25 Toyota Wish cars and 24 fridges among other prizes.

So far, over shs500 million has been rewarded to customers in mobile money and airtime, 21 cars given out to customers from Lira, Kole, Kyenjojo, Rukungiri, Mbarara, Mubende, Jinja, Busia, Aleptong, Ibanda, Rubaga, Namugongo, and Masaka.
