VIDEO: US based Ugandan arrested at Entebbe Airport for allegedly heading diaspora demos against gov't

A Ugandan based in United States of America, Kato Kajubi was yesterday arrested at Entebbe Airport for allegedly leading demonstrations against government and its officials in the diaspora.

Kato Kajubi, who is also the representative of the Kabaka in Boston, USA and son to former Makerere University Chancellor Professor William Ssenteza Kajubi, is currently in the custody of the Internal security organisation, ISO.

According to CID police Spokesperson Vincent Ssekate, Kajubi was arrested at the airport following a case of offensive communication which was filed at Kibuli.

“Kato Kajubi and five others recorded a video and posted it on social media where they threatened to Kill MPs; Anite (Evelyne) Simeo Nsubuga and Raphael Magezi and Ruth Nankabirwa. They said the MPs will be shot like Abiriga,” Ssekate said.

Kajubi is said to be collaborating with five others including; Robert Kabuye, Milton Almadi, Nasser Mugerwa and two others only identified as Reno and Al Hajji.
