Next Media staff conclude VOA training

Next Media Services staff concluded a VOA Training on Leadership and Personal Organisation training.

One of Next media services drivers is to rely on the latest Technology and People to provide accurate, relevant and timely content. It’s from this premise that this VOA training was organised.

The Training was attended by Top Management, Senior Management and Commercial department staff

The training was organised by VOA regional representatives Dr Joyce Ngoh – Regional Marketing Director: East and Southern Africa, Peter Byengoma regional Marketing VOA and conducted by Bert Kleinman – Broadcast Consultant: Broadcasting Board of Governors/Middle East Broadcasting

The training took place on the 19^th of March 2018 at the Kampala Sheraton Hotel

Areas of training included;

2. Positive attitudes at the work place, proactiveness and Reactiveness
3. Planning and essentials
4. Strategic Planning
5. Brands, Brand Positioning and Branding
6. Goals, Smart goals and Setting Goals
7. Journalism code in reference to the VOA Journalist code

At the end of the training / workshop the participants received Certificates of Attendance
