Centenary Bank Launches State-of-the-Art Core Banking System, Flexcube

Centenary Bank, Uganda’s leading commercial microfinance bank, has successfully implemented a new core banking system, Flexcube. This significant investment of $14 million is expected to revolutionize the bank's operations and elevate customer experience.
The 18-month project aims to replace the existing system with a more robust and efficient platform capable of handling the growing demands of the digital age. The new system promises to enhance system stability, improve operational efficiency, and facilitate seamless customer interactions.
Fabian Kasi, Managing Director of Centenary Bank, emphasized the importance of this upgrade in maintaining the bank's competitive edge. “Our customers expect a seamless banking experience, whether they are using our mobile app, visiting a branch, or accessing our online services,” he said. "Flexcube will enable us to deliver on this promise.”
