TripAdvisor recognises Munyonyo Commonwealth Resort

Speke Munyonyo Commonwealth Resort on May 24 received more international recognition after being awarded the prestigious TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence.

TripAdvisor, is an American travel and restaurant website company providing hotel and restaurant reviews, accommodation bookings and other travel-related content.

Ajit Singh, the Rooms Division Manager at Munyonyo said the award was a big boost to their business.

“It’s a great experience and feeling to know that our guests have given us good reviews which shows that we have met their expectations and our guests have enjoyed the facilities and services,” he said.

This is the second recognition in less than a year. In late 2017, Booking.com is an online platform where travellers book hotels around the world, awarded the hotel a Guest Review Award.

Established in 1996 in Amsterdam, Booking.com has grown from a small Dutch startup to one of the largest travel e-commerce companies in the world.

While giving out this award, Booking.com looks at properties with an average review score of 8.0. and 10.

In their remarks booking.com said that  Munyonyo Commonwealth Resort has offered great guest experiences and that the Guest Review Awards is a great way to showcase the achievement.
