LoP demands are uncalled for – Chris Obore

The Director of Communications and Public Affairs at Uganda Parliament Chris Obore has downplayed the demands by the leader of the opposition on the mysteries about the alleged cash bonanzas at parliament saying they are uncalled for.

“This has been coming over and over. I have explained that we are not going to be put on the defensive that aims to tarnish the image of the institution. It’s upon those who are throwing rumours out there to provide the evidence. It’s very unfortunate to run state affairs based on rumours,” said Obore.
