UAP Old Mutual Life Assurance has proudly celebrated the remarkable accomplishments of its agents at the 2023 agency awards ceremony, held at Four Points by Sheraton in Kololo, Kampala.

The event was an appreciation to the dedication, hard work, and excellence exhibited by the UAP Old Mutual sales force throughout the year.

The awards aimed to motivate and reward the exceptional performance of UAP Old Mutual agents while demonstrating appreciation for their unwavering commitment.

The incentive also served to enhance their potential, encouraging them to go the extra mile in serving the valued customers of UAP Old Mutual Life Assurance.

The evening was filled with excitement and anticipation as the winners were announced and celebrated for their outstanding contributions.

Among the esteemed winners were individuals who demonstrated unparalleled dedication and excellence in their respective categories:

Grand Prize Winners

Justine Namugosa,  a financial advisor  was awarded a brand new Subaru for being the agent of the year while  Daphine Ashemeire took home  a land title in recognition of her outstanding performance as first runner up.

Others were Leila Kabugo, Nancy Mary Annunciata Apio, Judith Kakuze, Hadijah Nakanwagi, Ronald Baguma and Maria Philomera Kiyanja who won all expenses paid trips to Malaysia.

On the other hand, Justine Namugosa, Allan Natumanya and Daphine Ashemeire won a trip to Kyangabi Crater Resort as old agents while Victor Amanya, Esther Elizabeth Wanyana, Mary Kyendibaza and  Isabella Akankwasa Kahindi won a similar trip but as new agents

In terms of the managerial excellence award, Evelyn Naava, Sophie Luzinda, Anthony Kaguma, Daniel Kuteesa and Margaret Nakakande were the winners.

In the regional managers of the year award, Lydia Iriok Musiimire and Edgar Kamukuru Katsigwa were the winners.

 

The evening was a spectacular affair, marked by vibrant entertainment, camaraderie, and recognition of the exceptional talent within the UAP Old Mutual family.

The event highlighted the company's commitment to fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.

 

Speaking at the ceremony, Patrick Kinoti Kimathi, the MD of UAP Old Mutual Life Assurance expressed gratitude to all the agents for their outstanding contributions and unwavering dedication.

He emphasized the pivotal role played by the agents in driving the company's success and reaffirmed UAP Old Mutual Life Assurance’s commitment to supporting and empowering its agents to achieve even greater heights of excellence in the future.
