Soliton Telmec has been honoured with the prestigious Best Service Support Award in Uganda at the 2024 ZTE Global Services Ecosystem Forum in Cairo.
The ZTE Global Services Ecosystem Forums are a collection of industry events focused on global network services.
This accolade underscores Soliton's more than ten years of dedication to developing and sustaining strong networks, supported by their around-the-clock Network Operations Center.
In response to this achievement, Hamdi Ali Mohamed, CEO of Soliton Telmec Uganda, expressed their excitement about receiving the Best Service Support Award in Uganda.
"This prestigious recognition highlights our unwavering dedication to building and maintaining robust networks for over a decade. Powered by our 24/7 Network Operations Center, we remain committed to delivering unmatched service and support to our clients and partners," Mohamed said.
He also thanked the Soliton Telmec Uganda team and their customers who made this achievement possible.

The ZTE Global Services Ecosystem Forum unites international network service providers and experts who share a common vision for global market development strategies and business frameworks.
The aim is to foster collaboration for improved joint growth and mutually beneficial partnerships.
During the Forum held in Egypt, participants explored trends in the communications industry, sustainability, and technological education across African nations, along with the advancements and future opportunities within the continent's market.
Soliton Telmec was founded in February 2005 as a specialized installation and service company of advanced telecommunications products and services.
The company provides solutions for: Large Carriers (Fixed line, Infrastructure and Mobile Operators), Last Mile service providers (Local Loop Operators, ISP's) among others.
