Lightning kills 16 in Rwanda

At least 16 people were killed and dozens others injured after being struck by lightning in the past two days in southern Rwanda, an said on Saturday.

Some of the injured remain in critical condition, he said.

Two other people, including a primary school pupil, died early on Friday after being struck by lightning, he added.
