The Speaker of Parliament and Bukedea District Woman MP, Anita Among, has been elected unopposed as Chairperson of the Women's League in Apopong Parish.

This victory is seen as a significant boost to her bid for the 2nd National Vice Chairperson position (female) in the upcoming delegates conference.

Speaker Among commended the people of Apopong Parish for their support, expressing her commitment to mobilize for the party ahead of the 2026 General polls.
