He congratulated Moslems upon completing the holy month and for fulfilling one of the pillars of Islam by celebrating Eid Adhuha.
"We congratulate our Moslem brothers and sisters upon completing this holy month and upon fulfilling one of the strongest pillars in Islam by marking Eid Adhuha," the letter reads in part.
He adds; "We call upon Allah to completely help us do away with murder cases, selfishness and the several challenges that the common man passes through to survive,"
The Kabaka also thanked Moslems that have been able to go to Mecca and prayed for all those who are still there (In Mecca) to come back safely.
The Moslems will be celebrating Eid Adhuha tomorrow, August 11.
Eid Adhuha or Eid al-Adha is an Islamic festival to commemorate the willingness of Ibrahim (also known as Abraham) to follow Allah's (God's) command to sacrifice his son. Muslims around the world observe this event by slaughtering animals.
