Pepsi flags off 13 Tukonectinge winners to Dubai

Crown Beverages Limited, the manufacturers of soft drinks have flagged off 13 lucky customers under their Pepsi Tukonectinge promotion to Dubai, in the United Arab Emirates.

The function was held at Entebbe International Airport on Tuesday afternoon.

Speaking during the flag off, Tracy Kakuru, the Crown Beverages Limited Corporate Communication Manager said as part of their efforts to give back to their customers, those flying to Dubai will have all expenses paid for them.

“The group also has journalists who will be flown to Dubai where they will tour various places. They have also been given $100 as upkeep but transport, feeding and accommodation fees have all been paid by the company,”Kakuru said.

They will also tour the city of Abu Dhabi, also in UAE .

She however noted that other winners had not been able to fly in the first batch because the process to process their passports and visas took longer than expected but noted they will be flown later.

According to officials from Crown Beverages, five more lucky customers will win a trip to Dubai to join the 19 who are already assured of the same as part of the Tukonectinge promotion.

They will spend three days in the Arab country.

Through the promotion, Crown Beverages Limited will reward its customers  with a total of 24 fully- paid trips to Dubai in the United Arab Emirates, 25 Toyota Wish cars, 24 home Fridges as well as instant mobile money cash and airtime in different quantities, among other prizes.

The 25th car will be given to the participant with the highest SMS entries in the campaign according to officials from Crown Beverages.

The beverage company has injected money to a tune of four billion shillings to the promotion that will run up to the end of July.
