The Chairperson of the parliamentary committee on Natural Resources Dr. Kefa Kiwanuka has officially apologised to the Speaker of Parliament Rebecca Kadaga for allegedly leaking parliament business to the President without her consent.

Kiwanuka’s apology comes after one day after Kadaga sounded a warning to the committee chairpersons and some legislators found of leaking Parliament business to the president without her consent.

The Kiboga legislator who went to the Speaker’s office on Wednesday morning to seek an apology confessed that its true he has been writing to the President without consulting the speaker but he has now learnt a lesson never to repeat the same.
