Businessman, Shumuk, arrives at court

Prominent businessman Mukesh Shukla aka Shumuk has arrived at Buganda Road Magistrates Court where he is waiting to be charged with charges related to forgery and uttering false documents.

Shumuk was briefly arrested  yesterday by police after musician Angela Katatumba accused him of forging Chief Justice Bart Katureebe's signature in a property dispute with her late father Bonny Katatumba.

He recorded a statement before he was released on bond and ordered to return to  court today. Court is expected to hear the case any time from now.
