UPDATE; According to the doctors at Rubaga Hospital, Hon. Ssegirinya Muhammad is brain dead, with most of his organs having shut down. He is not yet dead but in a critical condition.
NilePost had earlier reported that the the MP had passed which has since been clarified that Hon. Muhammad Ssegirinya is in critical condition,not dead.
The Member of Parliament for Kawempe North Muhammad Ssegirinya, was reported dead early this morning from Rubaga hospital by sources close to the family.
