The court in Kagadi, presided over by His Worship Edward Kawuki, heard that on December 29, 2024, Adam Komujuni, a resident of Nyankoma Cell in Muhooro Town Council, Kagadi District, stoned the police patrol vehicle, causing damage.
“On December 29, 2024, you, Adam Komujuni, while in Muhooro, stoned the police patrol vehicle, which is a case of malicious damage,” Justice Kawuki read the charge.
Komujuni accepted the charges preferred against him but could not be sentenced since the state prosecutor was absent.
This prompted the magistrate to adjourn the matter until January 17, 2025, for a case mention and eventual sentencing if Komujuni continues to plead guilty to the charges.
