Bobi Wine pens emotional letter to son: "Take care of you mom, siblings, your are the new me"
Musician turned legislator, Robert Kyagulanyi Sentamu alias Bobi Wine has aimed from the Makindye military barracks were he is being detained to jot down two emotional letters to his children requesting them to protect their mother in his absence
Despite being permitted to meet his children from the military barracks, Bobi Wine, according to his wife Barbra Kyagulanyi asked not meet them arguing that this could traumatise them further considering his current situation with wounds on his body and the inability to walk.

In a lengthy post on her known social media platforms, Barbra Kyagulanyi postulated that even when he misses the children so much and would love to see and hug them every minute, meeting them from a military prison is the last thing he would like to show them.
" Like the caring father he always is, he asked me, Don't you think finding me in this state will traumatise them further? " Part of Barbra's post reads.
The Kyadondo East legislator rather chose to pen down two heartfelt letters, one to the first born child, Solomon who is at school and the other to the Shalom, Shadrack and Suubi who are at home with their mother.
He asked Solomon to be the strong son he has always wanted him to be before asking him to take care of her mother and the rest of the family noting that he (Solomon) is the new father in Bobi Wine's absence.
" I love you son. Take care of your mom and siblings. You're now the new me! " - The letter reads in part.
Bobi wine is expected to appear in the Court martial later today to answer charges following reports that he was found in possession of firearms during the Arua by election chaos that saw his driver being shot dead and several others arrested.
