The African Children’s Choir marked its 40th anniversary in an emotional celebration, balancing the joy of decades of success with the sorrow of losing its beloved founder, “Daddy Ray''.

Known for his compassion and dedication to uplifting disadvantaged children, Daddy Ray's legacy continues to shine through the lives transformed by the choir's mission of education and music.

For four decades, the choir has provided countless opportunities for underprivileged children across Africa, allowing them to develop their talents, access education, and participate in cultural exchanges worldwide.

During the celebration, staff member Christine Bukenya emphasized the depth of the choir's impact.

“We are not just celebrating the years; we are celebrating the impact on each child who has walked this journey,” she noted.

Moses Zimwanguyiza, country manager of Abuljebain Engineering Consulting Office, echoed the importance of talent development.

He urged young people to focus on refining their abilities not just for personal advancement but to contribute to the growth of their nations.
