The All for One Austria Foundation  a Partner organisation with Salam Charity has once again demonstrated its commitment to empowering the less privileged communities by conducting a generous outreach in Luuka District, Uganda.

During their visit to Buyoga village, the foundation provided essential food and hygiene items to the elderly, people with disabilities (PWDs), and vulnerable women, reaffirming their mission to support those in need.

At the event, Persons with disabilities received much-needed mobility assistance in the form of wheelchairs, improving their quality of life and independence.

In addition, the community members were gifted copies of the Holy Quran, reflecting the foundation’s respect for religious values in the communities they serve.

Speaking during the outreach, Mehmet Guener, the Country Director for All for One Austria Foundation in Uganda, emphasized that this donation was part of the foundation's broader humanitarian mission. “Our goal is to stand with the less privileged, ensuring they feel valued, and supported,” Guener said.

He added that the foundation is committed to providing aid to vulnerable communities across Uganda, with a focus on improving the well-being of the elderly, PWDs, and other disadvantaged groups.

The event was met with overwhelming gratitude from the community. Beneficiaries expressed their deep appreciation for the foundation's efforts, with many stating that this support had come at a time when it was most needed.

Community members lauded the foundation for addressing both their material and spiritual needs, highlighting that the donation of food, hygiene products, and the Holy Quran will have a lasting positive impact on their lives.

One of the beneficiaries, an elderly woman from Buyoga village, expressed her heartfelt thanks, stating, "This help has changed our lives. We were struggling with hunger and lacking basic items, but today, we feel hopeful again".

Majority women and girls could not hide their excitement for receiving the much needed sanitary pads  since they had resorted to using unhealthy old cotton clothes for their menstrual periods.

The wheelchairs have given freedom to many who could not move on their own.

The All for One Austria Foundation has built a reputation for its unwavering dedication to uplifting communities in various parts of the world, including Uganda. The foundation has repeatedly reached out to disadvantaged populations, providing essential items, healthcare support, and educational materials, among other contributions.
