Thousands of believers on Sunday thronged Namungoona sports grounds as Glory of Christ Church in Kawaala led by Pastor Herbert Kiwanuka held the climax of this year’s Festival of Life Kampala.
This year’s three day festival with conferences during the day and crusades in the evening saw Johan Toet and Brenda Toet from Netherlands hosted as guest preachers.
During the festival several people won gifts including boda bodas, tv sets, smart phones and mattresses.
According to Pastor Kiwanuka, the rationale behind the gifts was to put the gospel of Jesus Christ into action.
