President Museveni to lead tributes for fallen NRM Vice Chairperson Simon Peter Aleper at party headquarters
President Yoweri Museveni is expected to visit the National Resistance Movement (NRM) party headquarters today to join other party members in paying tribute to Simon Peter Aleper, the NRM Vice Chairperson for Karamoja, who tragically passed away on July 23rd in a road accident. President Museveni will serve as the chief mourner in a ceremony dedicated to honoring Aleper's legacy.
Prior to the tribute ceremony, the NRM will hold a special Central Executive Committee (CEC) meeting to respect the late leader.
