Kayihura sacking music to Ugandans on social media

Ugandans on social media are in jubilant mood over the sacking of Inspector General of Police Kale Kayihura.

On Sunday afternoon, President Museveni replaced the long time serving 'cadre' with his deputy Martin Okoth Ochola. The sacking could have come as a shock move, but not too shocking to generate a spell of happiness among many Ugandan social media subscribers.
