KCCA Seeks to Postpone Special Council Meeting as PLE Report Delayed

Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) has requested the postponement of a special council meeting scheduled for Tuesday, February 4, 2025, due to delays in the preparation of a report on the performance of KCCA schools in the Primary Leaving Examinations (PLE).

In a letter addressed to the  Speaker of the Council of Authority, Sharifah Buzeki, the Executive Director of KCCA, confirmed the receipt of the meeting notice but noted that the Directorate of Education and Social Services is still finalising the comprehensive PLE report. The final report is expected to be ready by February 6, 2025.
