Equity Bank Uganda has taken a significant step to improve customer service by launching a 24/7 toll-free helpline. This initiative aims to enhance customer accessibility and provide a seamless support experience.
The new toll-free number, 0800 232700, allows customers to reach out for assistance without incurring any charges. The helpline is staffed by a team of dedicated agents who are fluent in multiple languages, including Swahili, Luganda, Luo, Runyakitara, and other regional dialects.
"By introducing toll-free lines, we aim to strengthen our relationship with our customers and ensure that they can easily reach us whenever they need assistance," said Jael Christine Wawulira, Head of Customer Experience at Equity Bank Uganda. "This initiative is part of our ongoing commitment to providing a world-class banking experience."
