The Right Honourable Rukia Nakadama, Uganda's 3rd Deputy Prime Minister, represented President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni as the chief guest. In her address, she lauded the government for fostering an environment that attracts both local and foreign investments, thereby fuelling economic growth. She urged the graduates to utilise their acquired knowledge and skills to make a positive impact in their communities and beyond.

Jennifer Kalule, Principal Public Relations Officer for UNEB, stated that as the country transitions from the old to the new curriculum, the Board is conducting a one-off Transitional Examination (UCE-TE) based on the old curriculum.
