The Right Honourable Rukia Nakadama, Uganda's 3rd Deputy Prime Minister, represented President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni as the chief guest. In her address, she lauded the government for fostering an environment that attracts both local and foreign investments, thereby fuelling economic growth. She urged the graduates to utilise their acquired knowledge and skills to make a positive impact in their communities and beyond.

His bravery and selflessness in fighting for Muslim rights, including the legalisation of Muslim caps and halal slaughter, have left a lasting impact on the community.
