The tournament will feature eight clubs, four from Uganda and four from Kenya. Kenyan sides include KCB Rugby, Kabras Sugar, Menengai Oilers, and Nondescripts.

Quarter-finals will be played across both countries starting March 21. In Uganda, Black Pirates will host KCB Rugby while Heathens face Kabras Sugar.

In Kenya, Menengai Oilers will take on Toyota Buffaloes, and Nondescripts will meet KCB KOBs.
