Teachers, administrators, parents, and learners gathered to acknowledge the school’s performance, released by the Uganda National Examinations Board, which showed significant improvement compared with 2024.
School chaplain Deborah Tumushabe encouraged the community to continue striving for progress rather than becoming complacent.
She reminded students that they are beginning a new academic phase and urged them to aim higher, emphasizing that the improved results demonstrate that consistent effort leads to success.
“I want to urge teachers to view their profession as a calling that shapes lives and helps build responsible citizens. I also want to remind students that your success benefits both your families and the wider community,” Tumushabe noted.
PTA Chairperson Julius Mujuni praised the candidates for their dedication and for enhancing the school’s reputation.
He also thanked the teaching and administrative staff for their commitment and assured them of ongoing parental support.
Headteacher George Aturebire Tumusiime reported that the candidates attained impressive grades, including As, Bs, and Cs, with every learner achieving a pass in Result One.
He also highlighted the exceptional performance of seven visually impaired students, all of whom qualified for Advanced Level studies despite challenges with assistive learning equipment.
The thanksgiving service, featuring prayers, hymns, and expressions of gratitude, reflected the unity of the school community as they celebrated achievements and renewed their commitment to nurturing academic excellence.
