Dokolo Woman MP, Cecilia Ogwal, today returned the Shs 29 million given to MPs last month to facilitate their consultations regarding a bill to lift article 102 (b) from the Constitution.
The bill seeks to remove the 75 year-old cap, the age limit for one to stand as president of Uganda.
Ogwal becomes the 12th MP to return the money.
The first group of MPs who returned the money told journalists that they cannot take the money at a time when the country is facing with critical challenges.
Ogwal said that her conscience could not allow her to take the money when doctors in public hospitals are striking over poor facilitation.
