The MP for Kabula County, James Kakooza has been involved in an accident. Unconfirmed reports say the accident occurred along the Masaka-Mbarara road. He was said to be headed to Mbarara.
The condition of the legislator is not yet know although there are reports that he could have been critical injured.
He is said to have been taken to a hospital in Mbarara.
Chris Obore the director of communication at Parliament told The Nile Post that he was still gathering information on the incident.
