Uganda’s leadership community is preparing for an event that promises to redefine how organizations grow their people. The Ignite Lead Summit 2025, organized by MP3 TalentSync Solutions Ltd supported by partners including NBS TV, AfroMobile among others, will take place on 22 October 2025 at Four Points by Sheraton.
The summit is a half-day leadership experience designed for middle managers, department heads, and senior officers preparing for executive roles. It brings together professionals from the private, public, NGO, and financial sectors for practical learning, meaningful discussions, and powerful networking.
During her appearance on the NBS Breakfast Meeting, Ms. Monica Sanyu, Chief Executive Officer of MP3 TalentSync Solutions, shared that the idea behind the summit is to strengthen the people who keep organizations running every day.
