Prominent Ugandan Sheikh, Umar Swidiq Ndawula, has stressed the significance of adhering to the teachings of the Quran for Muslims worldwide. In his lectures featured on Salam TV, Sheikh Ndawula highlighted the Quran's role as a guiding light for humanity, sent directly from Allah to the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).
According to Sheikh Ndawula, the Quran contains all the knowledge and information one may seek, encompassing past, present, and future events. He lamented that despite mastering various worldly pursuits, many people struggle to understand and appreciate the Quran's teachings.
Sheikh Ndawula encouraged parents to educate their children on reading, understanding, and following the Quran's teachings, which would lead to a happy life in this world and benefits in the hereafter. He emphasised that adherence to Quranic guidance would foster peaceful coexistence among people.
