The National Water and Sewerage Corporation (NWSC) addressed concerns related to billing errors, inflated bills, and delayed reconciliations on Salam TV's popular morning show, Omukeeze, today. Eng. Muhamood Lutaaya, General Manager of NWSC Kampala, shed light on the status of water supply in Kampala and measures being taken to enhance service delivery.

During the discussion, Lutaaya highlighted the challenges faced by NWSC, including UGX 355 billion in unpaid water bills, particularly from government agencies. He emphasized the importance of customers paying their water bills and explained the process for lodging complaints related to billing errors.
