On Tuesday, two security guards and other medical staff at the hospital were hospitalized after being injured in the assault, which is believed to involve individuals linked to Alien Skin of Fan Gone Forest Entertainment.

Police are searching for dancehall artist Patrick Mulwana, also known as Alien Skin, and his associates following assault on staff at Nsambya Hospital.

On Tuesday, two security guards and other medical staff at the hospital were hospitalized after being injured in the assault, which is believed to involve individuals linked to Alien Skin of Fan Gone Forest Entertainment.

On Wednesday, the deputy spokesperson for the Kampala Metropolitan police, Luke Owoyesigyire, confirmed that they are investigating the incident and are actively pursuing those responsible.

“One individual, identified by witnesses as ‘Alien Skin,’ allegedly demanded medical forms from the attending doctor. When his demands were not met, the suspect and his group reportedly assaulted the doctor and two security guards before fleeing the scene,” Owoyesigyire said.

“We assure the public that efforts are underway to bring the perpetrators to justice.”

A video clip circulating on social media shows the group exchanging heated words and appear to physically confront some staff members, even ordering one to sit down.

It is believed that the altercation arose over a member of the Fan Gone group who reportedly died on Tuesday after being admitted to the hospital.

The individual who has been identified as Joram Tumwesigye reportedly lost his life in an accident near the Fan Gone headquarters in Makindye.

The victims of the attack include Dr Zaidi Matovu and two security guards, Anthony Muyanda and Alex Odongo, all of whom are employees at Nsambya Hospital.

In a video shared on X (formerly Twitter), one of the victims recounted being assaulted while trying to call for help.

"I was trying to call my people to come and rescue us because these people were very many." he said.

The incident has sparked outrage among some Ugandans, particularly on social media, where many have demanded the arrest of Alien and his associates in connection with the event.

In recent months, the Sitya Danger singer has been embroiled in a series of controversies involving his gang attacking critics and other artists.
