The deputy Inspector General of Police, Maj Gen Paul Lokech is dead. Lockech is said to to have died of a blood clot at about 10.15 am this morning.
In a tweet, the UPDF said "We regret to announce the passing of the deputy inspector general of police Maj Gen Paul Lokech."
