The free Methodist Church Bishop Rev Hamlet Kabushenga has lashed out at government and private hospitals over charging exorbitant fees for incubator services.
Bishop Kabushenga says many premature babies are dying as a result. He wants parliament to enact a law that will deter medical facilities from imposing exorbitant charges.
