The South African hitmaker behind global chart-toppers will lead a star-studded DJ lineup as Aura Bar and Lounge marks two years with a high-profile nightlife celebration.

South African producer and DJ DJ Maphorisa will headline Aura Bar and Lounge’s second anniversary celebrations in Kampala this Saturday, May 2.

Maphorisa, known for producing global hits including One Dance by Drake featuring Wizkid, is expected to deliver a headline performance at the event marking two years since the venue opened.

The chart-topping track spent 15 weeks at number one, becoming one of the defining songs of its era. Maphorisa has also worked on major records such as Particula by Major Lazer, Mnike by Tyla, and Abalele, among others.

He will be joined by a lineup of Ugandan DJs including DJ Dash, DJ Spinny, Fem DJ, City Girl, Selector Jay, DJ Jose, and Sheilah Gashumba, also known as Lil Stunner, who will perform throughout the night.
