With Valentine’s Day around the corner, Baileys is offering consumers a unique and indulgent gifting experience through a special Valentine’s pop-up at Kisementi.
Known for transforming everyday moments into indulgent treats, Baileys is taking celebrations a step further this season with a personalized gifting experience. Consumers can curate thoughtful presents featuring the classic Baileys Original Irish Cream or the new Baileys Strawberries & Cream.
The pop-up features an extensive gifting catalogue, including custom bottle engraving, fresh floral arrangements, designer perfumes from The Perfumery Bar, and premium wrapping services by Luxury Gift Hampers — all designed to elevate the art of gifting.
Speaking at the official launch, Felicite Nson, Managing Director of Uganda Breweries Limited (UBL), said the initiative reflects the company’s evolving consumer-focused strategy.
“UBL is shifting its focus from a brand-led to a consumer-focused approach tailored to cater to consumer needs through intimate experiences. This gifting pop-up brings convenience, thoughtfulness, and a touch of luxury to life while positioning Baileys as a partner in moments of celebration and indulgence,” Nson said.
Baileys Brand Manager Nancy Nansikombi noted that the brand aims to turn Valentine’s Day into a luxurious ritual of connection and celebration.
“With both Baileys Original Irish Cream and Strawberries & Cream, we are transforming the art of Valentine’s gifting into a luxury ritual by pairing our iconic cream liqueur with personalized touches that make moments of connection truly indulgent,” she said.
Beyond gifting, the pop-up also offers visitors an immersive tasting experience, including creamy cocktails, chocolate truffles, cheesecakes, desserts, and ice-cold milkshakes inspired by Baileys.
Customers who purchase gifts at the pop-up will also stand a chance to win a surprise saxophonist performance for their loved one, courtesy of Baileys.
In addition, Baileys Original Irish Cream and Baileys Strawberries & Cream are available nationwide at selected Shell Select outlets, with a complimentary chocolate offered on every 750ml bottle purchased.
Valentine’s-inspired Baileys treats are also available at The Maze and Cakely by Asha Batenga, giving consumers more ways to celebrate the season of love.
