Makerere University recently hosted the Uganda Entrepreneurship Congress & Students Expo 2024, a vibrant event themed “Entrepreneurship as a Catalyst for Inclusive Growth.” Attendees were inspired by prominent leaders, including the Guest of Honor, Prof. Barnabus Nawangwe, Vice Chancellor of Makerere University, and the Keynote Speaker, Minister of State for Youth and Children Affairs, Balaam Ateenyi among others. These figures emphasized the importance of entrepreneurship in fostering economic growth and social inclusivity in Uganda.

The event attracted students and young entrepreneurs from various regions, eager to learn how to turn their business ideas into impactful ventures.
