Rwenzori Champions Culture of Hydration in Uganda With Water Clock

In offices, factories and communities across Uganda, a subtle cultural shift is taking shape. Dubbed WaterOClock, this movement is turning the simple, life-giving act of hydration into daily rituals - to pause, refresh and reconnect.

Spearheaded by Rwenzori, the flagship water brand of Coca-Cola Beverages Uganda (CCBU), the campaign reminds everyone that water is more than a necessity, it’s a lifestyle moment, a habit that fuels productivity and wellness.

“Hydration isn’t just about quenching thirst – it's about energising your day, boosting wellbeing, and building sustainable habits,” says Emmy Hashakimana, Managing Director at CCBU, a company in the Coca-Cola Beverages Africa group.

“Rwenzori water reflects our commitment to crafting brands and choice of drinks that people love, to refresh them in body and  spirit.”

According to officials,  Ugandans are invited to share their WaterOClock moments with Rwenzori on social media and make hydration a daily habit. Whether at work, home, or on the move, every sip counts.
