Next Media Group and Stanbic Bank Uganda have solidified their partnership, with a strong focus on financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and the digital economy.
This collaboration was highlighted during a high-level meeting between the top management teams of both entities.
Joel Kigozi, deputy Group CEO of Next Media, emphasized the significance of this partnership, which began with Stanbic Bank's financing of the Next Media Park.
He stated: “This partnership aims to leverage our combined strengths to create impactful initiatives for the youth, environment, and digital economy.”
Catherine Poran, chief executive of Stanbic Bank Business Incubator, echoed this sentiment, highlighting the shared mission of driving Uganda's growth.
“When you think about the purpose of Stanbic Uganda, it is driving Uganda's growth. It was interesting to realize it's the same purpose that Next Media has,” she said.
This partnership promises new initiatives, focusing on ESG, the digital economy, and youth entrepreneurship, shaping a prosperous future for Uganda.
