The world is undergoing a profound transition. Political alliances are realigning as great-power rivalry intensifies and new blocs emerge. The long-standing Western rules-based order is widely viewed as fading, with rising tensions between major powers and increasingly unilateral policies challenging old norms.

China and Russia are deepening strategic cooperation and expanding their influence across Eurasia, while multilateral groupings such as BRICS are enhancing economic and political integration among emerging powers.

Economic systems and international aid patterns are also being restructured. Global supply chains are being recalibrated, and countries are redefining partnerships to reflect shifting power balances. What once appeared stable is now increasingly uncertain. This moment goes beyond a routine cycle of change. It reflects a deeper shift in the global order, in which power, influence and resources are being redistributed in ways that will define a new era.

In times of such uncertainty, voices that interpret events with clarity and foresight become invaluable. Prophet Elvis Mbonye stands out as one of those voices, offering interpretation of present realities while unveiling patterns that point toward what lies ahead.

Scripture teaches that God reveals His plans to His servants, the prophets. While many biblical prophecies were given in broad terms, our generation is witnessing these truths expressed with striking specificity.

Where Scripture speaks of rumours of wars in the last days, Prophet Elvis Mbonye has consistently pointed to where such tensions would emerge, how they would unfold and the actors involved. Through his ministry, the “what” is clarified, while the “how, when and where” are brought into focus with remarkable precision.

On January 3, 2023, Prophet Elvis Mbonye spoke of an impending confrontation between Israel and Iran and urged the Church to pray when specific signs appeared. Since then, tensions between the two countries have intensified, at times raising global fears of a wider regional war.

Yet the conflict has not escalated as many expected, underscoring what believers view as the preservative value of prophetic advance warning.

Earlier, on January 7, 2020, Prophet Elvis Mbonye prophesied that international donors would withdraw support from Uganda. On the same day, he also spoke of positive developments for Donald Trump. At the time, both pronouncements appeared improbable. Today, their fulfilment is cited by followers as evident.

Since Donald Trump’s return to the United States presidency in 2025, there have been significant withdrawals of American funding from major international bodies, including USAID, the World Health Organisation and several United Nations agencies that for decades provided substantial support to countries such as Uganda.

At the same time, Uganda, long regarded as one of Africa’s most welcoming countries for refugees, has halted the registration of new refugees from Somalia, Ethiopia and Eritrea. For years, this generosity was sustained by funding from USAID and agencies such as UN-Habitat and the UN Population Fund.

Following the withdrawal of this support in 2025 and 2026, the Ugandan government announced in November 2025 that it would no longer grant refugee status to new arrivals from these countries, citing funding constraints and the assessment that they were no longer experiencing active conflict.

When a warning of scarcity proves accurate, wisdom suggests paying closer attention the next time such a voice speaks. This, believers argue, is the advantage of the prophetic office and the nature of the ministry carried by Prophet Elvis Mbonye, one that nations and leaders would do well to engage.

Across geopolitics, humanitarian policy, economic volatility, supply disruptions and the rising cost of living, warnings once dismissed as theoretical have become lived reality. Institutions and individuals now find themselves confronting circumstances that had previously been foretold.

The issue, ultimately, is discernment rather than coercion or blind allegiance. When a prophetic voice demonstrates consistency, depth and accuracy over time, prudence calls for attention. Leaders across government, business, culture, civil society and the arts would benefit from listening, positioning themselves wisely and planning accordingly.

Prophet Elvis Mbonye’s ministry illustrates the strategic role of prophecy in contemporary times. His words are presented not merely as predictions, but as insight that enables individuals and nations to see beyond immediate circumstances and recognise emerging patterns of change.

These are extraordinary times. The global order is shifting, old systems are fading and new dynamics are taking shape. In such an era, God is not silent.

Today, God speaks with clarity and guidance through Prophet Elvis Mbonye. Those who have ears to hear would do well to listen.
