Senegal replace Tunisia as top-ranked African team, Uganda moves closer

Uganda has moved from the 82nd to the 75th position in the world, according to the latest rankings released by world football governing body FIFA.

Senegal replaced Tunisia as the highest ranked African national team when the monthly statistics were released by FIFA Thursday.
