Renowned Ugandan Sheikh, Swaleh Kiggundu, has emphasised the importance of Muslims strengthening their connection with Allah. Through his teachings on Salam TV and across the country, Sheikh Kiggundu has guided many Ugandan Muslims, particularly during Hajj and Umrah pilgrimages, through his Alhashimiyah company.
In a recent lecture on Salam TV, Sheikh Kiggundu reminded Muslims to reflect on their existence, knowing where they come from, their current state, and their ultimate destination. This self-awareness, he said, would inspire good deeds that please Allah, their Creator.
Sheikh Kiggundu encouraged Muslims to utilise the holy month of Muharram to seek forgiveness for their sins and strengthen their bond with Allah. He emphasised that every human being is prone to mistakes, but the best among them are those who seek forgiveness and strive not to repeat the same errors.
Sheikh Swaleh Kiggundu's teachings aim to promote spiritual growth and harmony among Muslims.
